Request Account or Login Data Deletion

If you used Google or Facebook to log in to YumeNoVerse, you may request deletion of your account and linked social login data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at support@yumenoverse.com using the email address connected to your YumeNoVerse account.

Please include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account data that identifies you, including linked Google or Facebook login records, profile details, session data, and other personal account information where deletion is legally and technically permitted.

Data We May Need to Keep

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, financial, or platform integrity reasons. When retained, we limit use of those records to the required purpose.

Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to confirm account ownership.

Facebook App Removal

You may also remove YumeNoVerse from your Facebook account through Facebook settings. If you remove the app there and still want YumeNoVerse account data deleted, please email us using the deletion request process above.
